I finally completed the Jelly Sticks quilt today.  Here are some photos: Finishing the Binding Completed Quilt 1 Quilt Close-up Completed Quilt 2 Completed Quilt 3 Now that this one is quilted, I need to get the Home on the Range quilt sandwiched and quilted.  I still haven't decide on how to quilt it, though.  I'm sure something will come to me once I have it sandwiched.  Sometimes I just need to live with something a while to get an idea of how I'd like to see it quilted. I'm certain I'm not the only one who does this.  Sometimes the inspiration just takes time to surface.   As I reconfigured my living room last week I updated some of my fall decoration.  I took down the Pumpkins quilt and put up my Haunted House quilt.  I'll switch it back to the Pumpkins after Halloween. What a week.  My computer has been acting up, which is why I'm posting this a bit later than ususal.  It keeps going a bit spastic for some reason and I have to force a shutdown and reload everything.  It just toook it half-an-hour to load all my programs so I could write this post.  Very frustrating. Wacky Computer Issues I also spent three afternoons in doctor's offices with my husband.  He hasn't been doing well with some things and if I'm not there he glosses things over when he speaks with his doctors.  The other thing was deciding to start my fall cleaning.  I reworked the living room and the front bedroom.  That took the better part of two days. Hello everyone.  I hope you all had a great week.   I thought I'd share some of my fall/Halloween decor this week.  I've made a few things over the years and purcahsed a few more, including fall themed outfits for our Vermont Teddy Bears. Hello everyone. It's been another busy week.  I had to have the windshield on my car replaced which took some time away from my sewing, but I did get the backing together for the Jelly Sticks quilt and have started to prep it for quilting. Jelly Sticks Quilt Top, Binding, and Backing Quilt Sandwich Once that one is quilted, I'll be quilting the Home on the  Range quilt and the second bargello quilt which has more blue in it than the browns that are in the first one.  I also think I'll make a few small things for Christmas gifts.  I just haven't decided on what they'll be or who they'll be for yet. I received a few more of my pre-orders from Fat Quarter Shop.  Among them are Fiesta by Me and My Sister Designs and Pine Valley by Basic Grey.  I'm always a sucker for Christmas themed fabrics. There's no plan yet for what I'll do with them, but most of us purchase fabrics we love without a specific plan.  I also find when I do buy fabric with a plan in mi...
