Sorry it's been so long since I've posted on my blog. I'm spending a great deal of time caring for my husband and I've had to take a part-time job to try to cover some of the bills. It hasn't left much time for my hobbies--especially quilting as it's very difficult to be interupted when I'm in the middle of quilting or piecing something. Beginning of the Diamond Crosshatch I did have one morning where I was able to begin quilting the lap quilt I prepped about a month ago. I've decided to to a sixty degree diamond crosshatch and I'm planning on doing some freemotion filler work in every other diamond shape when the grid work is done. I'm very frustrated with not having more time to spend on it, but he needs almost constant attention for one thing or another. He can't shower alone either as he can't stay on his feet for more than a minute or two at a time. Any way, I hope you're all accomplishing more than I these days. Take car...
